Self-Inflicted Wounds

Last time I mentioned I enrolled with Function Health to track my key health markers going forward. I have pride in that I have walked my talk and followed what I teach. It has worked. I just got done with my first two blood draws/test results with Quest and my initial evaluation from Function Health.

Good news! I am 64.3 and my biological age is 54.8. I will get tested again every six months going forward. The woman who took my blood at Quest said they have 6-8 people a day at that location with a membership.

Tony Robbins taught me that to be healthy and disease free the pH level of your body needs to be ALKALINE – above 7.35. Mine is 8.3.
