It will make you regular as heck too &#8211; constipation will never be a problem again! No more stool softeners for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: large;\">You have massively quicker meal prep, no cooking time with a quick clean up. Everybody is busy. It also takes less time to eat your meals. Water, 1 orange or watermelon, huge handful of organic spinach, 3-4 pieces of organic kale, mint to taste, half a lemon, 1 scoop Athletic Greens, 2 teaspoons vanilla protein, frozen banana, few pieces of frozen pineapple or mango, 2&#8242; square of frozen coconut, cup of frozen blueberries. Need to make it more filling for a meal replacement, add some organic oats or sweet potato. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: large;\">A regular blender can work and I suggest investing in a Vitamix blender, versatile, powerful with a 10 year warranty. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: large;\">If you need to lose weight, make enough to have one for breakfast AND lunch. I have been drinking with great success for 30 years. Kids and the elderly really need more fruits and veggies. Share with parents and anyone in you family that needs it<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: large;\">Without blending the fruits and veggies in a smoothie, it is very difficult to reach at least 7 servings. Are you one of the 3% leading a healthy lifestyle? Drinking a low sugar green smoothie each day is a simple habit that will change the quality of your life quickly.
