Accountable means to count! This video will help you reframe your life span and look at your <em>Health Span<\/em>. I just had one for a life insurance policy and the results were terrific and validated that what have been doing works. There are some key numbers you need to be aware of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">before they get too out of whack<\/span> to correct easily.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You need to have the information to make a good decision. You can get accountable now, have the discipline to eat less and exercise and spend your time and resources to get in better shape <strong>NOW<\/strong> or wake up one day with a disease you gave yourself. <strong>That will be a game changer.<\/strong> Now you will have to spend massive amount of our time, money and energy to <strong>REVERSE<\/strong> something you should have avoided.<\/p>\n<p>Jim Rohn taught me this:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere are two types of pain you will go through in life, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tonnes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I want to avoid that moment when I am with the doctor and get diagnosed with a major health challenge that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">my lack of accountability and lack of discipline caused<\/span>! I could have easily avoided it.
